What is included in an Airbnb turnover clean?
Every Airbnb turnover clean includes a full clean of all rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas), linen change, towel replacement, essential restocking (toilet paper, bin liners, hand soap), and a timestamped photo report delivered within 30 minutes of completion. How quickly can you turn around an Airbnb property between guests?
Standard turnaround time depends on the size of the property and the service tier. For most properties, we complete the turnover clean within the standard check-out to check-in window. We coordinate directly with your booking calendar to ensure the property is guest-ready before every arrival.
Do you provide a linen and laundry service?
Yes. Our Premium and Full Concierge tiers include professional laundry service. We collect used linen and towels during the turnover clean and replace them with freshly laundered sets. This is managed as part of the turnover — no separate arrangements needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that guest cancellations happen. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee may apply depending on your service agreement. Your account manager can discuss the specific terms during onboarding.
End of Tenancy Cleaning Questions
Will end of tenancy cleaning guarantee I get my deposit back?
Our end of tenancy cleaning is completed to agency-approved standards with a re-clean guarantee. If the landlord or estate agent raises any cleaning-related issue, we return and address it at no extra cost. We also provide a timestamped photo report documenting the condition of every room, which serves as evidence in any deposit dispute. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a deposit claim (as it may involve non-cleaning issues), our service is specifically designed to eliminate cleaning as a reason for deposit deductions.
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
A full end of tenancy clean covers every room in the property: kitchen (oven, hob, extractor, fridge, cupboards, tiles, sink), bathrooms (toilet, shower, bath, basin, tiles, grout), bedrooms and living areas (all surfaces, radiators, skirting boards, internal windows, carpets, hard floors), and throughout (doors, banisters, hallways, cupboard interiors, cobwebs removed). How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
Duration depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard one-bedroom flat typically takes 3–4 hours. Larger properties or those requiring additional attention may take longer. We provide an estimated duration when you request your quote so you can plan your move-out schedule accordingly.
Do you work with estate agents?
Yes. We have a dedicated Agency Partner programme for estate agents and letting agencies managing five or more properties. It includes volume pricing, priority scheduling within 24 hours, branded completion reports, and a dedicated account manager.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Oven cleaning is included as standard in every end of tenancy clean. This covers the oven interior and exterior, hob (disassembled and cleaned), extractor hood, and filters. There is no additional charge.

What commission does LOYALS Solutions charge for Airbnb management?
Our commission is 18–20% of gross booking revenue, depending on the size and requirements of your property. This covers listing management, dynamic pricing, guest communication, turnover cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, and monthly performance reports. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or lock-in contracts. You only pay commission on revenue your property actually earns.
What is included in the management service?

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. We believe our service should earn your continued partnership, not contractual obligation. We ask for a reasonable notice period if you decide to end the arrangement, but there is no minimum term.
How do you handle guest issues during a stay?
Our team responds to all guest enquiries and issues within 15 minutes during operating hours. For emergencies, we coordinate with trusted contractors to resolve problems quickly. You are kept informed through your account manager, and all guest communication is handled professionally to protect your reviews and Superhost status.
What reporting do I receive?
Every month you receive a detailed performance report covering occupancy rate, average nightly rate, total revenue, guest reviews, maintenance activity, and recommendations for the coming period. Full transparency — you always know exactly how your property is performing.

What contract terms do you offer?
We offer flexible contract terms with monthly reviews. There are no long-term lock-in periods. We assign a dedicated cleaning team to your premises and review the service monthly to ensure it continues to meet your standards. The contract can be adjusted or ended with reasonable notice.

What is your re-clean guarantee?
If any aspect of our cleaning does not meet the agreed standard, we return and address it at no additional cost. This applies to all services — Airbnb turnover cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and commercial cleaning. The guarantee is included as standard; you do not need to pay extra for it.
How do your timestamped photo reports work?
After every clean, our team photographs every room and key surfaces. Each image includes metadata recording the exact date and time it was taken. The report is compiled and delivered to you within 30 minutes of completion via email or WhatsApp. For estate agents, reports can be branded with your agency details.
