How our fees work

No day rates, no menu of line items, no surprises in month three. One written figure for one defined outcome, decided after we understand what your business actually needs.

LOYALS Productions quotes every project bespoke as one written figure for the whole outcome, never a day rate. What shapes it: the size of the film library, shoot days, website scope and campaign scope. As a market guide, a single brand film typically starts in the low thousands of pounds. For ranges and drivers, see the cost guide; for an exact figure, book a discovery call.

The principle

You are not buying our time.
You are buying an outcome.

Day rates reward slow work and punish efficient crews, which is why we refuse to use them. Instead, every engagement is scoped on a discovery call and quoted as a single written figure that covers everything the outcome requires: strategy, scripts, shoot days, crew, edit, grade, web work, deployment. When you say yes, you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what it costs. The number does not move unless you change the scope, and if you do, the change is agreed in writing first.

Just as importantly: the proposal only contains what we believe will move your business. If your website needs a tune-up rather than a rebuild, the proposal says tune-up. If one film will do the work of three, we quote one. We would rather undersell you and keep you for years.

The variables

What shapes your investment

Size of the film library

One flagship film is a different undertaking from an eleven-film library with cutdowns for every channel. More films per shoot day lowers the cost of each, which is why libraries are the best value route.

Shoot days and locations

A single studio day is the simplest case. Multiple days, premises, sites or travel add production scope, and the proposal will show exactly why each day is there.

Website scope

Embedding films into your existing site, redesigning key pages to convert, or building a new site from the ground up: three very different scopes, all quoted plainly.

Campaign scope

Deployment to your own channels is included by default. Managed social campaigns and ongoing channel management extend the engagement or live in the Always-On retainer.

⏱️

Timeline

Comfortable schedules cost less than compressed ones. If you need a launch date pulled forward, we will tell you honestly what that takes.

🔄

Ongoing rhythm

The Always-On retainer is priced monthly against an agreed cadence of films, site iteration and campaign management, so momentum has a predictable cost.

Engagements

Three shapes most clients choose

Names, not price tags: your figure depends on the variables above and arrives in writing after discovery.

The Brand Film

For businesses that need their story told once, properly.

  • One flagship film, scripted and directed
  • Studio or on-location shoot day
  • Cutdowns sized for social and ads
  • Native deployment to YouTube and LinkedIn
How clients stay ahead

Always-On

The growth retainer that keeps your presence alive after launch.

  • Fresh films and cutdowns on a steady rhythm
  • Website iteration as your offer evolves
  • Social campaigns and channel management
  • Priority access to the studio and crew

Every proposal sets out deliverables, schedule and one figure, valid for thirty days, with nothing to pay until you approve it. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

Where fees become value

One figure, everything included

The crew, the kit, the edit, the build and the deployment. When we quote the outcome, this is what the number buys.

No stock. No AI. A real London crew.
Fees, honestly

The questions everyone asks

Because a published price would either overcharge half our clients or undercharge the other half. A single film for a local clinic and an eleven-film library with a website rebuild for a national contractor are not the same product. What we publish instead is the promise: one written figure, before you commit, with everything included.

Engagements are split into agreed milestones, typically on approval, around production and at delivery, so payment always follows visible progress. The retainer is a simple monthly amount. Exact terms are in your proposal.

Yes, and so is the written proposal that follows it. The call costs you under an hour and you keep the thinking either way.

Tell us. Scope is a dial, not a switch: we can phase the work, start with the film that earns first, and grow the library as it pays for itself. What we will not do is quietly cut quality to hit a number.

No. The films are yours to use across your own channels indefinitely. We are not a stock library; we made them for you.

Not ready for a proposal yet?

No pressure. Send us your website and we will reply with three honest findings about your presence within three working days, free and without a call.
