Eleven films that gave a brand a face

Before offering this to anyone else, we transformed our own parent firm, LOYALS Accountants & Business Consultants. Watch the films as a business owner, not as an accountant's client. The subject is tax. The lesson is presence.

A note before you press play. Every film below was made for an accountancy brand, and that is precisely why this library is useful to you. Accountancy is not a visual product. There is no sizzling pan, no gleaming machinery, no before-and-after driveway. If full production can make tax feel human, premium and trustworthy, imagine what it does for a business that already has something to point a camera at.

Under each film you will find what it was built to do, and what the same production would look like transplanted into other industries. Find the example that sounds like you. That is the conversation to bring to a discovery call.

Film 01 · The brand anthem

Why LOYALS: The Brand Anthem

The cornerstone of the library. In ninety seconds a visitor learns who this firm is, who it serves and why clients stay. Real partners, real office, real voice. This is the film that gives a brand a face, and it is the first thing we recommend to almost every client.

For your business

A regional construction group uses this to stop looking like a white van and start looking like a main contractor. A restaurant group uses it to bottle the room's atmosphere before a single booking is made. Same film, your story.

Film 02 · The flagship offer

The Business Mentor Programme

A signature service deserves its own film. This one takes an intangible offer, mentoring, and makes it feel structured, premium and worth paying for, by showing the people who deliver it and the journey a client takes.

For your business

A gym launching a 12-week transformation programme. An agency productising its strategy sprint. A law firm packaging fixed-fee advisory. Whenever the product is a promise, film is what makes the promise feel safe.

Film 03 · The niche door-opener

Public Sector Tenders

A film aimed at one specific, high-value audience: businesses that want public contracts. Speaking to a narrow audience on camera signals authority in a way a services list never can.

For your business

A scaffolding firm chasing council frameworks. An IT company bidding for NHS work. A catering business targeting schools. One film per door you want opened, each one working around the clock.

Film 04 · The calm explainer

Making Tax Digital for Income Tax

Regulation changes, customers panic, and the first business to explain the change clearly on camera becomes the obvious safe pair of hands. This film turns a compliance headache into a client-winning moment.

For your business

A lettings agency explaining new landlord rules. An energy installer demystifying grant schemes. A mortgage broker walking buyers through rate changes. Whoever explains best, wins.

Film 05 · The sector specialist

CIS Specialists: Construction and Subcontractor Tax

This film says one thing loudly: we know your world. By addressing construction workers in their own language, the firm stops being "an accountant" and becomes "the construction accountant". Specificity is what premium positioning is made of.

For your business

A tool hire company speaking directly to groundworkers. A software firm with a product built for dental practices. A cleaning company specialised in serviced apartments. Name your niche on camera and own it.

Film 06 · The seasonal campaign

Self Assessment: January Deadline

Every business has a season. This film exists to be deployed hard in the weeks when the market is listening, then rested until it matters again. Built once, it earns every single year.

For your business

A restaurant filling Christmas party bookings in October. A landscaper capturing the spring surge in February. An accountant of any kind in January. Timing plus film equals queue.

Film 07 · The reframe

Self Assessment: The Refund Angle

Same service as Film 06, completely different emotion. Instead of "beat the deadline", this one says "claim what is yours". One subject, two films, two audiences. That is how a library multiplies the value of a single shoot day.

For your business

A dentist selling the same whitening as "confidence for wedding season" and "the post-summer reset". A boiler company selling one service as both "winter-proofing" and "cut your bills". Angles are inventory.

Film 08 · The authority piece

Crypto Tax in the SA100

A genuinely difficult, technical subject handled on camera without notes. Nothing builds authority faster: the viewer concludes that if you can explain the hard thing this clearly, the routine things must be effortless for you.

For your business

A structural engineer explaining basement extensions. A solicitor unpacking commercial leases. An IFA walking through pension transfers. Complexity, explained calmly, is the most expensive look there is.

Film 09 · The premium upsell

Tax Planning Advisory

This film moves the firm from "people who file your paperwork" to "people who plan your future", lifting the perceived value of every other service on the menu. The right film does not just sell one thing; it repositions everything.

For your business

An architect selling masterplanning, not drawings. A garage selling fleet care plans, not MOTs. A marketing agency selling strategy retainers, not posts. Film the premium tier and watch the standard tier rise with it.

Film 10 · The reach extender

Non-Resident UK Company Setup

Made for clients the firm will never meet in person. When your buyer is remote, film is not marketing, it is the handshake. This film does the trust-building that geography would otherwise prevent.

For your business

An e-commerce brand selling into Europe. A UK manufacturer courting overseas distributors. A relocation consultancy whose clients are still abroad. If they cannot visit you, let the film do the visit.

Film 11 · The series format

In Conversation: The Podcast

Not every film is an advert. A filmed conversation gives a brand an ongoing voice: weekly presence, clippable moments for social, and the sense that there are real, generous humans behind the logo.

For your business

A founder interviewing happy clients. A care provider talking to families. A builder walking through finished projects with the owners. Series are how brands stay in the room between purchases.
